Nice to have all comments and specialty in the name Marseilles. actually name of my girl friend is Marseglia. So, i call him Mars usually. Both of us are busy in completing mcitp training and afterwards we are going to marry.

Marseglia generally from Washington DC

Hi, My dad was born in Providence with some sisters and a brother maybe. He was born in 1899. They did not always live in Providence. Cleveland and New York, Providence and Washington DC. The Reverand Mimi Constantine Marseglia their father was from outside of Naples in what they call Teano and Capua. I can send you a picture of me if you like. My email is wpmars@atlanticbb.net I myself am a product of Arlington, Va very close to the Pentagon. Moved to Fort Ashby, WV when plane hit the Pentagon.

Nice to find that out.....

because I'm a Marseglia(William) that grew up in Washington DC suburb and just recently moved with wife to the country 135 miles west near her uncles steer ranch-farm. My father was born in Providence Rhode Island. Mother in Palermo. I have a son who graduated from West Point.

Providence Marseglia's

There are a few Marseglia's which emmigrated to Providence in the 1900 - 1940's. My great-grandfather came to Providence with his sons. We may be related. email me, mike at marseglia.org so we can discuss further.

Genealogy

Hi! My Grandparents come from Italy..my Grandfather from a town called Viarano. I'm not sure if I spelled that right. It is in the vicinity of Naples. He and his parents came over to America, I'll have to check on the exact date. One of my grandfather's brothers settled in New Hampshire, I think. I've heard from Marseglia's in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey...so it's not too uncommon in the States. Lately, many of my cousins have been fleeing Rhode Island...so there are now Marseglias in California, Arizona, Virginia, and New Hampshire.
